Jihlava-born photographer Vojtěch Brtnický believes that photography is not art but a craft. Instead of being an artist, he considers himself a documentarian of (not only) contemporary Czech dance. His portfolio comprises numerous solo and collective exhibitions and the collaboration with outstanding figures of the world of contemporary dance. For over a decade, he has been the official photographer of the TANEC PRAHA International Festival of Contemporary Dance and Movement Theatre and Czech Dance Platform.
