Lawyer (and also a graduate of Film Theory in Prague). He focuses on copyright law and legal regulation of audiovisual, both as a lawyer and occasionally as a lecturer. He is an author of expert texts, including the publication Film Law: a Copyright Perspective (2nd revised edition 2020). He is also involved in academic research, dealing, for example, with the contractual relations between film authors and producers or the impact of copyright on the work of musicians using samples. He is currently a member of the Art Council at the Faculty of Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU).
