synopsis
A trip from America to the Czech Republic and beyond can also be a journey in search of freedom of the imagination and spirit. Hilary and Chris left their native USA, even learned decent Czech, and are living out their dream, filled with work and music, at the end of the millennium in Tábor. That is, until they decide to move again…“It's important for us to see the following life of the film and know what the audience is thinking.”

Filip Remunda (1973) is a Czech director and producer. The duo he forms with Vít Klusák has significantly influenced the local documentary landscape and the shape of public debate. His films include Czech Dream (2004), Czech Peace (2010), and especially the series Czech Journal (2013–2020), which was broadcast by Czech Television.more about film
