synopsis
Wife Swap has been on the screens for 16 years and has found its supporters and opponents. Over the course of its production, it has been filmed in more than 350 families across the country and abroad. The reality show works on the principle of curiosity – viewers are interested in what is hidden and normally invisible. Of course, they can also compare their way of life with that of the participants. However, the original characterisation of the show as "interesting stories full of emotional moments of Czech housewives who swap homes for ten days" doesn't quite apply anymore, as both lesbian and gay couples have participated in the show several times recently. Such is also the VIP episode that the audience can see at Ji.hlava IDFF.
