synopsis
Dalibor, the protagonist of Vít Klusák’s latest documentary film, lives with his mother and her boyfriend, works at a lousy job, and likes to shoot extreme YouTube videos. He is also a self-proclaimed neo-Nazi. The film is a grotesque portrait of the denigrated and frustrated layers of society that give rise to extremism.
biography
Vít Klusák (1980) and Filip Remunda worked together on two documentaries about the role of media – Czech Dream (2004, Ji.hlava IDFF 2007) and Czech Peace (2010) – and also produce the Czech Television series Czech Journal.
