Vitaly Mansky (1963) is a native of Lviv. A graduate of VGIK, he has worked in documentary film since the late 1980s. Ji.hlava previously screened his film Broadway. Black Sea (2002). His documentary Pipeline (2012) won an award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.more about film
