synopsis
Animals exhausted by the unbearable weight of existence, existential frustration and everyday squabble. Humans as empty puppets waiting for the command from the director or romping actors frenziedly protecting their fragile egos. A theatrical, multidimensional performance inspired by the author’s frustrations and artistic (dis)illusions.“We have a problem with you; we have a problem with us. biography
Šimona Müllerová (* 1998) was born in Bratislava and she is completing her bachelor’s degree at the Department of Documentary Film at the Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU). Her directorial style defies common documentary practices. Rather than observable reality, she explores diverse images of inner realities and other intangible spaces.more about film
