synopsis
18 contestants are dropped off on an abandoned island. They are one by one voted out. They struggle with the lack of food and physically demanding tasks. They have to compete for food, survival equipment and the immunity preventing them to be voted out. The winner of the contest whose strength and tactical thinking beat the others receives a financial award.
biography
Nova was set up in 1994 as the first Czech commercial TV station. Apart from original series, TV news and documentaries, it produces licensed reality shows, such as Czech Idol, Wife Swap, or Big Brother.
