synopsis
A Palawan legend tells a story of a cursed shamanic girl Suring who befriends a Kuk-ok, an entity that can transform into any being. An experimental movie, which combines live action and animation, brings to life the world of demigods and half-monsters in the most playful manner.

Auraeus Solito (* 1969) is a Filipino director, playwright and activist, fighting for the rights of the native Indigenous population. He is a descendant of the Palawan shamans and kings and he is currently using his tribal name – Kanakan-Balintagos. His notable first feature film
