UNDER CULT CONTROL - Children in Cults

Where does the evil within people come from and how easily can a reasonable person succumb to a charismatic leader? The series Under Cult Control explores how people - not only adults, but also children - can lose their lives to manipulation and fanatical fascination. 276 children died in the mass suicide of the Peoples Temple, 21 children died in the federal siege on the Davidians. In Dignity Colony, torture and abuse of children was common. But it was the children who eventually convicted the cult leaders. What's it like growing up in a new religious community with a despotic leader?
