Pråmfilm is a young production company with an international scope. The company was created in 2011 with the goal of telling the stories of minorities that are usually underrepresented in film and other media in Sweden. Since 2017 we have focused on creating space for new promising film directors who want to explore the world from norm-critical perspectives. Some of our most relevant titles are All We Own (2019) by Emily Norling, which won the Swedish Academy Award for Newcomer of the Year, and Fly So Far (2021) by Celina Escher, which has received nineteen international awards and has been screened worldwide both in film festivals, cinemas and television.
